A dairy is a processing plant for milk. Milk products such as butter and buttermilk, cheese, sour milk products, curds, whey and more are produced. In Germany, the term "dairy" is defined in the Act on the Transport of Milk, Milk Products and Fats (Milk and Grease Law). In the food industry, milk is processed into dairy products or milk products and used for processing and processing other foodstuffs without being one of the former. Also, different varieties of milk are also referred to like dairy products. Some products of dairy are Sour milk product and milk freshness product Buttermilk (sweet and sour), Cheese, Thick Milk, Creamy milk, yogurt, Yogurt product, Drinking yogurt, kefir, whey, Sour cream, etc. A dairy product is a foodstuff whose ingredients consist of at least 70% milk products and a maximum of 30% other food. Depending on the type, method of production or local responsibility, it can be a cow, goat, mare and other animals. Whole milk can also be replaced by products of its primary processing: cream or whey.
